Site Supervisor
Job Location : Saudi Arabia
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and coordinate on-site construction activities.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
• Manage and lead a team of workers and subcontractors.
• Liaise with clients, architects, and other stakeholders.
• Conduct quality control inspections.
• Monitor project progress and provide reports to management.
• Resolve any on-site issues and conflicts.
• Ensure all materials and equipment are available as needed.
Requirements:
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in interior and exterior fit-out projects.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and building codes.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and plans.
• Proficient in MS Office and project management software.
