Senior Accountant
Job Location : UAE
Responsibilities:
• Coordinate various accounting functions including ledger maintenance, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
• Prepare comprehensive financial analyses, revenue projections, and budget reports.
• Conduct balance sheet reconciliations and assist with the preparation and execution of annual audits.
• Address and resolve findings from audits, reconcile account discrepancies, and enhance accounting systems and procedures.
Requirements:
• Minimum of 5 years experience in accounting, preferably within real estate or property management sectors.
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations and accounting processes.
• Excellent analytical skills and the ability to work independently.
• Proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel skills.
