Job Description :
• Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, providing a warm and professional first impression, and assisting with check-in procedures, including registration, room assignment, and issuance of room keys.
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and concerns in person, via phone, or email, providing accurate information, resolving issues promptly, and coordinating with other hotel departments to meet guest needs.
• Perform administrative tasks such as answering phones, taking messages, processing payments, and maintaining guest records, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with hotel policies and procedures.
