Senior Consultant IBOR Transition - Loan Agency

Description :

• Being fully abreast of RFR updates in the market.
• Engaging with internal and external teams for RFR Agency related matters, including advisers/counsel, banks, clients etc.
• Assist Loan Agency and Loan Agency members on IBOR related matters, incl. upskilling their knowledge on IBOR / IBOR developments.
• Create capacity via efficient and value add working methodology.
• Managing the voting sheets to count Lender votes for their sign off on various touch points, incl. legal scope of work and fee quote, amendment documents, CPs etc.
• Managing the collation of the Lenders responses and updating the excel file with individual responses and to prepare a consolidated summary of Lenders responses / query.
• Prompt communication for IBOR transition matters incl. posting messages on deal sites on Debtdomain along with draft documents under Agency facilities for review and revert of Lenders with response timeline mentioned.
• Ensure timely follow-up with Lenders to source responses from pending Lenders close to and after the response timeline has lapsed.
• Attending Lenders’ and Client’s emails for their feedback on draft documents and other matters related to IBOR transition.
• Prepare emails to share summary of Lenders’ feedback with the Client on key commercial terms proposed by the Client or any other matters related to IBOR transition.

Requirements :

• At least 5 years’ experience of reviewing and LMA documentation for syndicated loans.
