Administrative Coordinator

Description :

• Recruiting quality employees and provide training, coaching, counseling, motivating, supervising, and discipline employees assigned to projects.
• Oversee efficiency of operational processes and ability to deal with clients for taking contracts.
• Contribute operations information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; prepare and complete action plans; implement production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; resolve problems; complete audits; identify trends.
• Forecast requirements; prepare an annual budget; schedule expenditures; analyze variances; initiating corrective actions.
• Develop operations systems by determining product handling and storage requirements; develop, implement, enforce, and evaluate polici
es and procedures; develop processes for receiving product, equipment utilization, inventory management, and shipping.
• Analyze and improve organizational process and workflow, employee and space requirements, and equipment layout; implement changes.

Qualifications :

• 2 years or more experience
• Excellent English language
• The ability to work on advanced accounting programs
• Non-smoker

Basic salary: 2500 -Saudi riyals
Housing allowance: 20% of the basic salary
Transportation: 10% of the basic salary
Other allowances: 250 riyals, including overtime hours
Working hours: 8+2 hours per day
Annual leave: 21 days per year according to company policy
Contract duration: two years
Test period: 90 days
Other benefits: personal health insurance
Total salary: 3500/- Saudi riyals
Work will be 6 days a week, 8 hours a day, including 2 additional hours of work, a total of 10 hours a day.
