Qualifications :
• Proven experience in business development, particularly in the real estate and hospitality sectors.
• Strong knowledge of interior design and fit-out services.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Results-driven with a track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
• Familiarity with project management concepts and processes.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
• 10+ years of experience in a related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
• MBA is a plus.
