Requirements:
• Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in the Shipping industry.
• The ability to generate new sales revenue independently
• Strategically position profitable solutions with new customers, focusing on domestic and international freight products and services.
• Creates and drives a sales plan strategy that meets monthly sales goals
• Manage team, promote, monitor, and engage employees to exceed metrics and organizational goals.
