Project Manager (Interior Design, Building, And Fit-out)
Qualification:
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or related field.
• Having more than 10 years of professional experience as a Project Manager or similar role in the interior design Building and fitout industry in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
• Strong knowledge of interior design principles, building construction techniques, and fit-out processes.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, AutoCAD, Revit).
• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently, solve problems creatively, and make decisions under pressure.
• Knowledge of local regulations, building codes, and permitting processes in Saudi Arabia is preferred.
• Fluency in English; Arabic language skills would be an advantage.
• Local Transferable Iqama holder can apply only.
