Project Manager - Civil Construction

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
• A minimum of 10-15 years of demonstrated experience in civil construction project management, showcasing a successful track record in the timely and cost-effective delivery of large-scale projects.
• In-depth technical expertise in structural engineering, geotechnical considerations, construction materials, and other pertinent aspects of civil construction.
• Proven strong leadership skills with the ability to provide strategic direction, mentor teams, and drive project success.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively engage with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex budgets and financial aspects of civil construction projects, ensuring fiscal responsibility and project profitability.
• Technical proficiency in utilizing project management software to facilitate efficient planning, execution, and monitoring of projects.
• Highly desirable to possess professional certifications/licenses such as PMP (Project Management Professional) or PE (Professional Engineer), demonstrating commitment to industry standards and best practices.
• Proven experience in successful collaboration with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders, fostering a cooperative and integrated project environment.
