Job Description :

This position supports the business office and marketing efforts by providing key business development support to these teams and administrative support for the CRM Software.

• Management and support of our Microsoft Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system on a day-to-day basis
• Hands-on configuration of Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Customer Engagement (CRM) including additions or edits to workflows, business process flows, email integration, and dashboards.
• Oversee and perform changes to Dynamics 365 for Customer Engagement including fields, views, forms and system administration.
• Leverage understanding of CRM systems to drive technical improvements and identify areas for process development.
• Participate in future CRM application requirements, definitions, and design.
• Manage change control (i.e. receiving business requirement, report requirement, change or enhancement requests from Users).
• Test functionality developed by the implementation team against business requirements.
• Define and implement appropriate CRM security to ensure appropriate end-user access.
• Perform other system administrator functions of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Customer Engagement (CRM) application, as needed.
• Maintain the functional areas of contacts / relationship, accounts, opportunities, dashboards and reports.
• Perform regular data administration maintenance (data integrity, cleansing data for imports, etc.).
• Oversee Report generation, maintenance and testing.
• Assist CRM users with day-to-day questions, problems, and issues.
• Develop, coordinate, and deliver end-user training. Responsibility will include the creation of user documentation and training materials.
• Provide end-user support and training as needed.
• Document training, policy and procedures, and maintain user manuals for CRM system.
• Exhibit great creativity and resourcefulness.

Requirements :

• Should be available in Saudi Arabia
• Experienced Microsoft Dynamics CRM Administrator specifically with experience in Dynamics version 2015 or 2016.
• Have a strong information technology (IT) background and must interact with users from different departments and understand a range of applications (marketing services, sales, inventory, etc.
• Workflow configuration or Business Process Configuration experience.
• Comprehension of end-user system usage (e.g. screens, tables, business processes and procedures).
• Strong project management, data management, and support skills.
• Ability to develop strong relationships and work with senior level executives.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Solid business acumen, management of a developing CRM team, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in the development and delivery of a CRM training program.
• Strong history of exceptional customer service skills.
• Strong computer skills, especially Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Demonstrate strong communication skills, business writing and content development, effective time management, organization, and leadership skills.
• Demonstrated process-orientation, with close attention to details, and analytical thinking skills
• Must be a highly motivated, self-starter and capable of taking charge to produce results with minimal direction
• Minimum of 2 years of Microsoft Dynamics 2015 or 2016 and 365 for Customer Engagement (CRM) Administration or Consulting experience.
• Degree in IT or business related study preferred.
