1. Track the tickets of technical support requests assigned to the user in respect of the hardware, software and networks.
2. Installs applications and desktops of information systems.
3. Directs users with simple instructions, with remote troubleshooting.
4. Test alternative methods to solve a problem, customize desktop applications to meet user needs, and record technical issues and solutions in the technical support system.
5. Dealing with daily technical support activities to support systems, users, data network and SERVER management.
6. Prepare desktops and hardware related to information systems and test the effectiveness of their work.
7. Installs and tests applications of desktop computer software and web browsers.
8. Tests computers to ensure the quality of computer systems and devices.
9. Teaches users to use computers and software.
10. Adheres to policies according to the guidelines and instructions of companies.
11. Set up computers and install software for various applications and programs.
12. Installs Microsoft and anti-virus software, ensuring that it is continuously updated, as well as any supported desktop applications.
13. Maintains and upgrades office equipment when needed, in addition to raising requests and notes for promotion or repair of the devices on the basis of service requests (service reminders) provided by users and the direct visit of the device.
14. General preventive maintenance functions shall be performed on computers, laptops, printers and any other approved office equipment.
15. Installs new office equipment taking into account the request procedures, technical opinion of pricing, purchasing, receiving, recording, inventory, internal delivery, and documenting information in the system.
16. Returns defective equipment / parts to maintenance to communicate with suppliers and customer documents.
17. Inspects the equipment and equipment received technically, and returns the defective or does not match the technical specifications on which the request was based, or contrary to the practical interest of the user as his work environment or work method.
18. Maintains and restores inventory of designated parts to ensure proper spare parts levels.
19. The equipment is safely handled for the branches and arranged to transport the equipment.
20. Be responsible for monitoring, operating, managing, troubleshooting and restoring service for devices for users, personal computers (PC) or laptops that have authorized access to the network.

21. It is proposed to develop procedures by monitoring and analyzing problems and situations received from users. 22. The confidentiality of information, transactions, activities and anything related to the Ministry shall be kept confidential and shall not be disclosed in any way to any person, institution or institution except by an official written authorization by the Ministry represented by the Information Systems Department.
