Job Description :

• Provide help desk support to all Head Office based user, assist end users via telephone, email and in person with a wide range of questions, request, incidents relating to desktop PC software, hardware, server and network peripherals
• Manage and resolve day to day IT service requests and incidents using IT help desk portal, follow up and close outstanding help desk tickets on a daily basis.
• Configuring active directory and email accounts using Office 3645 and Outlook 2016
• Actively run daily, weekly data backups on users and company data resources.
• Configuring PC's, manage, maintain and configure local and network based printers
• Manage, maintain and monitor IT assets in order to ensure correct asset inventory
• Connect user PC's to domain and local area network using Ethernet, TCP/IP
• Install and trouble shoot Microsoft Office and other software based application
• Install and configure antivirus application
• Assist with network and server component installation and administration. Patching network ports into access switches as well as connecting core and edge switches, routers, gateways and firewalls.
• Interact with external vendors, suppliers and maintenance contractors to facilitate hardware, software and licensing procurement for maintenance and upgrades to current infrastructure

Requirements :

• Oracle Database Knowledge.
• SQL Server, SQL Database Knowledge
• Microsoft Hyper-V Environment.
• Vm Ware Knowledge.
• 2 to 3 years experience working in IT support/Network Support Engineer roles involving participating and engaging in onsite support activities
• A minimum of Bachelor's Degree in IT related specialty. MCITP/CCNA or any other Networking and System Support Certification are desirable
• Strong capability to keep and maintain documentation
• Enthusiastic, team player, motivator, willingness to self learn, capable of overcoming obstacles, positive attitude
