Job Location : Saudi Arabia

Job Description :

• BSc degree in administration or related field
• 3-5 years’ experience in medical & non-medical insurance
• Professional insurance certification (IFCE Minimum)
• Managing all medical and non-medical Insurance policies i.e. renewals, negotiations, selection and execution (such as, Medical Insurance, Property All Risk, Marine Cargo, Land Transit, Money & Fidelity Insurance Policy, Motor Insurance)
• Ensuring full compliance of all insurance policies throughout Tamer Group.
• Developing & maintaining departmental policy & Procedure and conduct awareness session.
• Provide technical advice to the concerned department & employees when required.
• Assessing and controlling the risk management of each policy and improving process efficiency and KPI’s.
• Reporting policy performance (Medical Policy Performance, Claims Status ... etc.)
• Supervising & supporting insurance representatives across the Group.
• Managing relationship with insurance companies & broker.
