Job Definition :-
• Responsible to build Partner Business in the Enterprise market via Sell-Through & Sell-With partner models with SP’s / SI’s / ISV’s in KSA

Key Responsibilities:-
• Responsible for achieving Sales and Revenue targets through Partners and their end customers
• Partner and Customer Account Management to build sales funnel, acquire new logos, grow existing customer / revenue base and build overall partner ecosystem
• Build and manage Partners ecosystem of Service Providers, System Integrators, ISPs, Cloud Partners, OEM’s via Sell-Through and Sell-With engagements
• Drive sales of traditional network offerings and cloud based growth services viz. Managed Cloud/Hosting, Security, Unified Collaboration, Media and Mobility portfolio
• Build partner account ownership wrt understanding of customer’s strategic objectives, business requirements, operational challenges, buying decisions, contractual process and key stakeholder relationship management
• Internally drive cross-functional teams such as Technical Solutions, Bids and Commercial, Finance, Products, Service Delivery and Operations
• Build the Sales Plan around Partner / Account Strategies to grow existing business, develop new revenue streams and acquire new logos
• Build key stakeholder relationships, multi-function and multi-level connects with decision makers, influencers and exec sponsors within the partner / end customer organization
• Build Sales Pipeline and manage MIS – viz. Sales and Revenue forecasting
• Track ICT environment in the market, regulatory changes, market dynamics, industry trends, competitive activities and build market intelligence

Technical & Functional Skills:-
• Knowledge of ICT industry, Network and Managed Cloud services, Emerging ICT technologies and trends.
• Channel Partner Sales Management and Business Development experience of handling large Partners and Enterprise clients
• Experience in managing CXO level / Senior Exec relationships and driving Sales, BD, Presales teams
• Leadership and initiative to manage diverse cultures, achieve role objectives and drive results within identified partners and their customer organizations
• Ability to strategize with clear focus on job objectives
• Strong work ethics and integrity are essential
• High-energy sales professional with sharp focus on execution of sales strategies and partner account plans

Other Skills:-
• Strong articulation and presentation skills in English and Arabic; French language skills is an added bonus
• Sound interpersonal skills for networking and relationship management
• Flexibility and adaptability to handle diverse cultures and working environments

Experience :-
• 8-10 years of Sales and Business Development experience in Enterprise Sales of Network and Managed Services in Telecom &/or IT
• 5 years of relevant work experience based in Saudi Arabia
