Job Description :

• Handle customer's inquiries and requirements.
• Receive phone calls and recording complaints in clients record in the system.
• Prepare Sales Quotes and pricing to customers.
• Process customer's orders from the date of receipt till delivery.
• Make a Daily schedule for all technicians in coordination with the service manager.
• Liaise with Logistics, shipping dept. to ensure that customer's orders arrive on time.
• Coordinate with logistics dept. for delivery of parts orders to customers upon arrival.
• Follow up closely outstanding sales quotes with customers.
• Make analysis for the monthly sales to customers and find out deviation from monthly targets.
• Approach new clients and increase customer's database.
• Graduate / Diploma with minimum 3 years of experience in the same field.
