Job Description :

• Creating application design from functional requirements for Oracle e-Business Human Resources (HR) module with sufficient knowledge of Payroll.
• Developing and testing custom solutions
• Supervising application build, test, and deploy activities
• Planning and executing data conversion activities
• Driving test planning and execution

Duties and Responsibilities :

• To provide 1st and 2nd level end user support for Oracle EBS HR and payroll module and the business processes it supports
• To ensure the successful of system changes and enhancements. This includes writing and analysis of functional requirements and developing business process modeling, functional/technical solutions and deployment.
• To support help and manage the UAT process for system changes and patching, co-coordinating and analyzing testing scenarios, writing test cases and executing tests where necessary
• Engage directlIy with other teams (e.g, Finance) to contribute to the identification of call trends to Ascertain faults or potential improvements to the core modules.

Requirements :

• Bachelor's degree and Certifications in relevant area of of expertise.
• Must have 3 years' experience in a reputed organization a as bilingual (Arabic & English) functional analyst with Oracle HRMS module with at least one year on release 12 HR & Payroll module.
• Must have Experience with Fast Formulas
• Must have complete understanding of Payroll cycles.
• Have worked with Hijri Calendar
• Should be bilingual

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required :

• Working experience designing, writing, and executing PL/SQL queries.
• Developing and testing custom reports /solutions.
• Have worked on Oracle Forms, both on Java as well as OAF
• Have strong technical experience.
• Should have strong knowledge on functional and technical aspects in both HRMS a Have expertise on writing custom fast formulas and modifying the standard one's if needed
• Knowledge of integration from Payroll to finance.
