Job Description :

• Answering incoming phone calls while providing basic information when needed.
• Making calls to different clients.
• Handling mails
• Can work as a team player.
• strong written and verbal communication
• Presentable, Fluent at English
• Maintaining office inventory.
• Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, collating, faxing etc
• Office Administration, Assistance
• Update appointment calendars and schedule meetings/appointments.

Requirements :

• Should have 3 years experience in related field
• Should be available in UAE
• All Nationalities
