Requirements :

• Strong communication and people skills is a must
• Ability to build good relationships with clients
• Motivated and willingness to learn
• Excellent planning and organizing skills
• Fluency in English; Arabic preferred but not necessary
• Computer literacy: Microsoft applications (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
• Achieving assigned sales targets
• Prospecting and developing new client relationships within a defined geography

Responsibilities :

• Gather feedback from sales and analyze consumer behavior to define our
• company’s positioning
• Craft our differentiation strategy
• Create guidelines that define our company’s voice both online and offline
• (including terminology and slogans)
• Brief our creative team about marketing projects they’ll be working on
• Conduct competitive research to identify our strengths and weaknesses
• Design promotional campaigns for new products and markets
• Develop our social media strategy
• Assess the performance of our advertising campaigns and events
• Analyze market trends and identify new opportunities and challenges
• Lead the development and implementation of strategic, innovative multicultural
• internal team member and recruitment marketing communications programs that
• bring the talent brand value proposition to life
• Develop and implement integrated, cross-channel marketing plans and campaigns
• that tell our company story to drive talent attraction
