Job Description :

• Customer service coordinator needed to handle the communications related to: QT request, sales order confirmation, expected delivery date, customer update and feedback, complaint acknowledgement and closure.
• Complaint handling.
• Check the customer payments dues and highlight the same to Credit risk insurance and customer.
• Issue and Post and Invoice, Delivery note.
• Check and maintain the Stock Qty.
• Contact CLD to arrange the shipments.
• Send the delivery notifications and the shipment detail.
