Job Summary
The property accountant is responsible for auditing of invoices and collections, analysing of all expenses and collections report at Unified Assets and Property Management.

Job Responsibilities
1. Review invoices which is to be charged to the tenants, preparing debit notes and credit notes including service invoices thru ERP system.
2. Prepare and verify all the information and data of the operational budget as per the service providers contract and the dashboard analysis.
3. Manage recording of water meter readings and compute water charges to the tenant in addition manging sewage charges.
4. Prepare necessary documentation associated with various activities related to property management and submit completed documents for approvals.
5. Audit collection on daily basis and to be submitted to the finance department on time.
6. Prepare comprehensive analysis collection and expenses reports to be submitted to VP – operations.
7. Prepare monthly collection report including dashboard.
8. Prepare fit-outs progress report which is related to retail delivery function.
9. Monitoring inventory of the gas tank to ensure that it properly charges to tenants.
10. Auditing of all invoices such as soft services, Facility management and marketing invoices.
11. Perform any other task requested by the management in connection with the scope of work.

Educational Level
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting

Qualifications
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar position.
• Excellent in using Ms Office, Advanced Excel
• Real estate experience preferred.
• Ability to utilize word processing, spreadsheet and accounting software systems.
