Job Description

1. ROLE DETAILS:

2. ROLE PURPOSE:
The Rental accountant is responsible for Reviewing of invoices and collections and analyzing of all collections report at Unified Assets and Property Management.

4. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Description
Key result Area: Invoice Reviewing
 Review invoices which is to be charged to the tenants, preparing debit notes and credit notes.
 Reviewing of all invoices such as soft services, facility management and marketing invoices.
Key result Area: Budgeting
 Oversee budget spending based on Unified Centers projects and Clients Projects, Affiliated / related companies in coordination with Finance Department
 Prepare and verify all the information and data of the operational budget as per the service providers contract and dashboard analysis.
 Developing UAPM Service proposals & fees in addition to the production of the related Operating Budget and Commercial Kits.
Key result Area: Collections
 Audit collection on daily basis and to be submitted to the finance department on time.
 Prepare comprehensive analysis collection reports to be submitted to COO.
 Liaising with finance department for day to day collection transactions management and reconciliation
 Prepare monthly collection report including dashboard.
Key Result Area: PMD Reporting
 Prepare necessary documentation associated with various activities related to property management and submit completed documents for approvals.
 To review the rental accountant executed duties such as issuing invoices to tenants.
 Manage recording of water meter readings and compute water charges to the tenant in addition managing sewage charges.
 Perform any other task requested by the management in connection with the scope of work.


5. FRAMEWORKS, BOUNDARIES, & DECISION-MAKING AUTHORITY:
 The Rental accountant reports directly to COO.
 The jobholder is expected to review invoices and collections, analysing of all collections report at Unified Assets and Property Management.
 No Financial authority

Experience:
 A minimum of 1 years of experience in a similar position.
 Real estate industry or similar experience preferred.
Knowledge:
 Ability to utilize word processing, spreadsheet and accounting software systems
 Bachelor’s degree in Business administration or similar

 Advanced Numeric skills
 Ability to work under pressure during peak periods
