Key Account Manager

Job Location : UAE

Key Responsibilities :

• Developing a solid and trusting relationship between major key clients (ADNOC Group) and company
• Resolving key client issues and complaints
• Developing a complete understanding of key account needs
• Managing communications between key clients and internal teams
• Meeting all client needs and deliverables according to proposed timelines
• Analyzing client data to provide customer relationship management
• Expanding relationships and bringing in new clients
• Identify customer requirements and offer GCG scope of supply and explore new areas of business development
• Responsible for development and delivery of product presentation to customers during one-on-one client meetings or at
• field events such as conferences, seminars

Requirements :

• 8-10 years of experience in Sales & Marketing role selling Systems & Solutions for Automation, Field Instruments & Control products
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Experience in working with CRM systems
• Valid UAE driving license is mandatory
• Native Arabic Speaker
• 3-4 years of relevant Industry experience in UAE
• Proficient in Commercial/Technical review processes
• Familiarity with field instruments (Temperature, Pressure, Level & Flow) and control systems (DCS/SCADA/PLC)
• Familiarity with different categories of Pumps and Valves and their application areas
