Job Description :

• A successful Property Coordinator will maintain our properties data base.
• Confident in the ability to keep people and projects moving forward, a skilled problem-solver, one who has excellent computer and data base management skills, and able to clearly communicate complex information in writing and over the phone.
• If you have previous experience in property and real estate management, we’d like to meet you.

Responsibilities :

• Assist in preparing operating cost escalations.
• Assist in processing insurance, lease, rent and other billings to tenants.
• Develop rent collection processes.
• Monitor rent collections on a timely basis.
• Organize and maintain filing systems for the management.
• Prepare lease summaries for new tenants.
• Prepare expenses billings on time for labor, plumbing, electric and other works for tenants.
• Maintain tenants’ database and update with emergency numbers.
• Prepare and update property management reports on a periodic basis.
• Process claims assignments and referrals.
• Assist and support customers regarding property dealings.

Requirements :

• 4 years work experience as an Property Coordinator
• Strong organization skills with a problem-solving attitude
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Attention to detail
• Bachelor Degree
• Should be located in Qatar
