ROLE
• Identifies trendsetter ideas by researching industry and related events, publications, and announcements; tracking individual contributors and their accomplishments.
• Locates or proposes potential MEP business deals by contacting potential partners; discovering and exploring opportunities.
• Screens potential business deals by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements, potential, and financials; evaluating options; resolving internal priorities.
• Develops negotiating strategies and positions by studying integration of new venture with company strategies and operations; examining risks and potentials; estimating owners' needs and goals.
• Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations.


RESPONSIBILITY

• Enhances organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments
• To develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
• To conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
• To arrange business meetings with prospective clients
• To promote the company’s services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives
• Prepare business contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines
• Keep records of Business, revenue, invoices etc.
• Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
• Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
• Develop entry level staff into valuable salespeople
• Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.

AUTHORITY
• To determine system and method of implementing to improve Business Development.
• To keep direct contact with customers.
• To purchase necessary resources and means for the Business Development.
• To take suggestions from his subordinates.
• To determine working schedule for the implementation of the plan.
• To take different steps for the betterment of company by involving managers.
• To motivate development of technical and managerial aspects of the project.
• To create suitable environment for the smooth operation of the project.
• To determine proper management system and method for the successful as well as effective implementation of the project.
