Job Description :

• Any Arabic Nationality
• Knowledge about the product and ability to explain accordingly to clients
• Ability and knowledge of use of computer and to use the chat function on the website for people ne
• Ability to transmit contacts of people calling to sales agents to follow-up with them
• Good conduct with collegues and with clients on the phone
• Ability to absorb anger of clients and reach a resolution and or raise the issues to superior management for actions
• Follow up with clients who are registered to make sure the services provided are met regularly
• Ability to be creative and raise ideas to superior management and recommendations.
• Ability to answer calls and respond to inquiries from clients about the services provided
• Knowledge about the product and ability to explain accordingly to clients.

Education and Experience :

• At least 2 years of recent and relevant work experience in the same position.
• Strong verbal and written communication in English.
• Familiarity with MS Office
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• High school degree
