Team Leader - Telesales & Telemarketing

Job Location : UAE

Job Key Details :

• Give details about the services to clients via the telephone.
• Produce and qualify leads from cold calling.
• Manage client relationships to ensure repeat business.
• Make use of initiative to identify and follow up opportunities with clients who are not already on the database.
• To liaise with clients, internal company’s resources and suppliers as directed, professionally, efficiently and on time.
• To assist the Manager in the implementation an overall sales and marketing plan for designated Event including intensive telesales activities.
• To contribute towards the development of exhibitor and visitor database relevant to assigned exhibitions.
• Maintain records of calls, sales, note useful information and present to manager on weekly and monthly basis.
• Assist colleagues in their job functions in order to meet client deadlines.

Job Qualifications and Experience :

• Ideal candidate must have a Min of 2 years experience in Telesales & Telemarketing and must have relevant qualifications for this role.
• The applicant must be fluent in Arabic.
• Good networking, Telesales & Telemarketing skills required.
