Requirements :

• Candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in automotive industry with proven customer support experience.
• Key responsibilities include maintaining customer accounts by recording account information, resolving product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem, recommending potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs.
• Should be familiar with CRM systems and practices.
• Should be well versed in English and Arabic languages
