Job Location : UAE

Minimum Requirements :

• Open to UAE, GCC and other ARAB Nationals
• Male / Female
• Must have a Bachelor Degree in Law or its equivalent.
• Arabic language is a must and should also be fluent in English.
• Has 1-3 years working experience in Law/Legal field (preferably from Law firm/ Legal consultancy)
• Fresh Graduates may also be considered

Job Descriptions :

• Data and information entry of cases and grievances in the systems provided by the company
• Coordinate with judicial and legal bodies, receive cases and grievances, and provide them with appropriate information and requirements for registration in the federal authority.
• Follow up the preparation process to respond to cases, grievances and coordination to provide various technical and logistical requirements.
• Review internal grievance requests and update them in concerned records and systems.
• Updating information of grievances, and ensuring that they are properly documented and archived according to company policy.
• Execute any other work relevant tasks as instructed by the Line Manager.
