Job Title: Senior Planning Engineer
Qualifications:
B.E / B.Tech in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or Construction Engineering
Certification in Primavera P6 / Planning & Scheduling is an advantage
Experience:
8–15 years of experience in planning and scheduling roles
Experience in large-scale construction, infrastructure, or industrial projects preferred
Prior experience in a senior or lead planning role required
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and manage detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 / MS Project
Monitor project progress, critical paths, and milestones
Analyze delays, risks, and resource constraints and propose mitigation plans
Coordinate with project managers, engineers, procurement, and construction teams
Prepare weekly/monthly progress reports, dashboards, and presentations
Track manpower, equipment, and material utilization
Support baseline schedule development and schedule updates
Assist in claims analysis, EOT submissions, and planning documentation
Ensure planning activities align with project scope, budget, and contractual requirements
