Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
MBA or professional business development certification is a plus
8–10 years of experience in business development, sales, or client management
Experience in corporate, B2B, or industry-specific sectors preferred
Proven track record of achieving revenue targets and business growth
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities and markets
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders
Develop and implement strategic business development plans
Prepare sales proposals, presentations, and pitches
Achieve revenue targets and business growth objectives
Collaborate with marketing, operations, and project teams to deliver solutions
Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments
Negotiate contracts, agreements, and business deals
Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and meetings
