Requirements:
Previous experience in a call center or customer service role (preferred)
Good communication skills in English and Arabic
Ability to handle customer calls professionally and efficiently
Experience in food & beverage or delivery operations is an advantage
Valid residency in Kuwait with transferable visa
Ready to join immediately

Job Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls
Take orders and coordinate with operations/dispatch team
Resolve customer inquiries and complaints politely
Maintain accurate call and order records
