Job Position – Operations Coordinator

Tracking to join operations team.
Key Responsibilities:
Track and monitor shipments (Air / Sea / Land)
Coordinate with internal teams, agents, and customers
Update shipment status and ensure timely follow-ups
Handle operational documentation and reporting
Resolve tracking-related issues efficiently
Requirements:
Fluency in Arabic language is a MUST (spoken & written)
Good command of English language
Previous experience in logistics or operations is preferred
Strong communication and coordination skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
