Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering / Architecture / Interior Design or related field
8–10 years of relevant experience in construction / fit-out / technical management
Proven experience managing technical teams and multiple projects
UAE project experience is advantage
Candidates must currently be located in the UAE
Requirements:
Strong knowledge of construction / fit-out methodologies and materials
Excellent leadership, coordination, and decision-making skills
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deadlines
Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project documentation systems
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
