HR Manager
Job Location : Abu Dhabi, UAE
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement HR strategies and policies in line with the company’s goals and objectives
• Oversee the recruitment and onboarding process, ensuring the selection of top-quality candidates
• Manage employee relations and provide guidance on HR-related issues
• Develop and implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees and managers
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
• Manage payroll and benefits administration
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records
• Identify and address any HR-related issues or concerns within the company
• Collaborate with department managers to develop and implement workforce planning strategies
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in HR management
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 10-15 years of experience as an HR Manager, preferably in the construction, transport, manufacturing, or auction industries
• Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and regulations
• Experience in recruitment, performance management, and employee relations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to develop and implement HR strategies and policies
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Proficient in MS Office and HRIS systems
• Fluency in English, both written and verbal
