Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Safety, or relevant field
1–3 years of experience in HSE or site safety roles
Arabic and English communication skills are required
UAE site experience is preferred
Responsibilities:
Implement and monitor site HSE plans and safety procedures
Conduct safety inspections, audits, and toolbox talks
Ensure compliance with UAE HSE regulations and standards
Support incident reporting, investigations, and corrective actions
Assist in risk assessments and hazard identification
Maintain HSE records, reports, and documentation
Promote a strong safety culture on site
Certifications (Preferred):
Primavera P6 (Planning roles)
NEBOSH / IOSH (Safety role)
Junior Safety Engineer: AED 8,000 – 12,000 per month
Compensation Type: Monthly
