Job Title: General Technician
Qualifications & Experience:
Diploma or Certificate in Electrical, Mechanical, or related field
Minimum 2–5 years of experience in hotel maintenance or facility management
Knowledge of hotel engineering systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical)
Requirements:
Ability to troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems
Knowledge of preventive maintenance procedures
Strong problem-solving and technical skills
Ability to work in shifts and respond to urgent maintenance requests
Good communication and teamwork skills
