Description:
Aqua Flair Trading LLC is currently hiring a Junior Accountant to support its daily accounting and financial operations. This opportunity is well-suited for motivated individuals who are detail-focused and eager to grow their career in accounting. The role involves hands-on exposure to financial records, reporting, and coordination with senior finance professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and bookkeeping entries
• Record daily transactions including invoices, payments, and business expenses
• Assist in managing accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
• Prepare bank reconciliations and update general ledger entries
• Support the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
• Ensure all accounting activities comply with company policies and accounting standards
• Coordinate with senior accountants and external auditors when required
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline
• 0–2 years of experience; fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial procedures
• Proficiency in MS Excel and familiarity with accounting software
• Strong attention to detail with good organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
