Project Engineer

Key Responsibilities
• Oversee end-to-end site execution from mobilization to handover
• Coordinate fit-out, joinery, HVAC, and MEP activities
• Ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and quality standards
• Monitor project schedules, progress, and deliverables
• Manage subcontractors, vendors, and site teams
• Identify and resolve site-level technical challenges
• Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting
• Ensure adherence to safety and regulatory requirements
• Support stakeholder communication and coordination
• Contribute to timely and efficient project completion

Requirements & Qualifications
Education
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or relevant discipline

Experience (Mandatory)
• Minimum 6 years of interior fit-out experience in UAE
• UAE Experience is strictly required

Technical Expertise
• Strong knowledge of Interior Fit-Out & Joinery
• Understanding of HVAC & MEP Systems
• Site execution & coordination expertise
• Ability to manage projects independently
• Knowledge of quality & safety standards

Candidate Requirements
• Must be currently based in the UAE
• Immediate joining / Maximum one-month notice
• Strong coordination & problem-solving skills
• Professional communication abilities

Salary, Benefits & Career Growth
Average Market Salary (Estimated):
Project Engineer: AED 9,000 – 15,000 / Month
