Job Title: Senior HR Recruitment Officer
Qualifications & Experience:
Graduate / Post Graduates (HR, Business Administration, or related field)
12–15 years of experience as a Senior HR Recruitment Officer in a Road and Infrastructure Construction Company in the UAE
Strong understanding of UAE labor laws and recruitment regulations
Requirements:
Extensive experience in end-to-end recruitment for construction and infrastructure projects
Proven track record in sourcing technical, engineering, and site-based roles
Strong knowledge of UAE labor market and visa processes
Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills
Proficiency in HRMS, recruitment portals, and MS Office
Ability to manage high-volume recruitment under tight deadlines
