Key Responsibilities:
Develop accurate BIM models for precast components
Coordinate multidisciplinary design integration
Maintain modeling standards and documentation
Support clash detection and design validation
Requirements & Qualifications:
Education: Diploma / Degree in Engineering or BIM-related field
Experience: Minimum 2 years in precast modeling
Skills: Revit Structure, BIM workflows, coordination

Average Market Salary (Estimated):
Revit Structure BIM Modeler: AED 6,000 – AED 10,000 per month
