Job Title: Finishing Supervisor
Qualifications & Experience:
Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field
Minimum 10 years of experience in construction finishing works
Experience in residential, commercial, or high-rise projects preferred
Requirements:
Strong knowledge of finishing works including plastering, tiling, painting, false ceiling, flooring, and fit-out works
Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications
Strong supervision and workforce management skills
Knowledge of quality standards and safety procedures
Good communication and coordination skills
