Qualifications & Experience:
5–6 years of procurement experience, ideally in restaurants / F&B or multi outlet environments
Strong track record in negotiation and supplier management
Experience with ERP/inventory systems and data driven decision making
Requirements:
End to end procurement expertise (sourcing, RFQs/tenders, negotiation, contracts, ordering, delivery performance)
Proven experience in negotiating pricing, credit terms, SLAs, and delivery terms
Strong understanding of F&B supply realities including shelf life, lead times, and quality specifications
Highly organized with strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Advanced skills in Excel/Google Sheets
