Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
2–4 years of experience in HR operations, recruitment, and employee management
Familiarity with HR policies, labor laws, and payroll processes
Requirements:
Strong understanding of HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and training
Knowledge of UAE labor law (or relevant local labor laws) is preferred
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
Proficiency in HR software and MS Office tools
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Proficient in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
