Key Responsibilities
• Manage and review contract documentation and records
• Ensure compliance with FIDIC-based contract requirements
• Draft contractual letters, notifications, and formal correspondence
• Prepare claim notifications and supporting narratives
• Maintain site records relevant to claims and variations
• Support variation assessment and documentation
• Coordinate with project and commercial teams
• Monitor contractual risks and obligations

Requirements & Qualifications
• Bachelor Degree in Engineering
• Strong knowledge of contract documentation (FIDIC preferred)
• Contractual awareness for letter writing and notifications
• Experience drafting claim notifications and narratives
• Knowledge of site record keeping for claims support
• Project finance understanding for variation requirements
• Strong analytical and documentation skills
• Good communication and coordination abilities

Salary, Benefits & Career Growth
Average Market Salary (Estimated):
AED 12,000 – 18,000 per month
