Job Title: Project Manager – Construction
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline
10+ years of experience in construction project management, with significant UAE experience
Proven experience in UAE residential development projects – Mandatory
Requirements:
Candidates currently residing in the UAE are preferred
Strong knowledge of construction processes, codes, and UAE regulations
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to manage budgets, schedules, and multidisciplinary teams
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Proficiency in project management tools and software
