Recruiter - HR
Job Location : Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates
Key Responsibilities:
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and networking.
• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
• Conduct initial interviews and coordinate technical assessments.
• Prepare and post job advertisements on relevant platforms.
• Promote employer branding to attract top talent.
• Liaise with department heads to understand manpower requirements.
• Schedule interviews and maintain communication with candidates throughout the process.
• Ensure recruitment practices comply with UAE labor laws and company policies.
• Maintain accurate records of candidates and recruitment activities.
• Prepare recruitment status reports and update HR dashboards.
Qualifications & Skills:
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• Experience: 3–5 years in recruitment, preferably in construction or engineering sectors.
• Familiarity with UAE labor laws and visa processes.
• Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment platforms (Bayt, GulfTalent, LinkedIn).
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
