Key Responsibilities:
• Handle customer and client inquiries professionally via phone, email, and WhatsApp
• Coordinate with candidates and internal recruitment teams
• Provide accurate information about recruitment services
• Maintain records, follow up on requests, and ensure high customer satisfaction
• Support daily administrative and customer service operations
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of customer service experience in the UAE
• Experience in recruitment or HR agencies is highly preferred
• Excellent English communication skills (spoken & written)
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
