Job Title: Projects Manager
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
UPDA Grade A certification (mandatory for Projects Manager role)
8–15 years of experience managing large-scale projects, preferably in Oil & Gas, Construction, or EPC sectors
Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget
Requirements:
Strong leadership, team management, and coordination skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
Problem-solving and decision-making capability in high-pressure environments
Proficiency in project management tools and techniques (MS Project, Primavera, or similar)
Knowledge of international engineering standards, safety regulations, and quality management systems
