Job Description:
Looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Care Representative (Debt Collection) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing customer relationships, ensuring timely debt recovery, and maintaining a professional approach to resolve overdue accounts.

Key Responsibilities:
Contact customers to follow up on outstanding payments through calls, emails, and other communication channels.
Negotiate repayment plans in line with company policies and customer affordability.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and payment commitments.
Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally and empathetically.
Achieve individual and team collection targets.
Collaborate with the finance and legal teams to resolve escalated cases.

Qualifications & Skills:
Fluency in Arabic is required (additional languages are an advantage).
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to handle pressure.
Basic computer proficiency (CRM systems experience preferred).
