Civil Senior Planning Engineer

Job Location : Dubai, UAE

Salary: AED 15,000 – 20,000

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop detailed project schedules and planning strategies aligned with construction timelines.
• Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to approved schedules and milestones.
• Prepare planning reports, progress updates, and performance analysis for management review.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and site teams to track deliverables and resolve delays.
• Analyze project risks and recommend corrective actions to maintain schedule performance.
• Support resource planning and allocation to ensure project efficiency.
• Maintain proper documentation related to project planning and scheduling activities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering is mandatory.
• Minimum 5–10 years of experience working with construction companies in the UAE.
• Strong background in project planning and scheduling within civil construction projects.
• Previous UAE construction industry experience is essential.
• Candidates must currently be located inside the UAE and available for face-to-face interviews.
• Immediate joiners will be given preference.
